Cory Asbury is a Dove-winning American singer and songwriter of contemporary Christian worship music.
∙ Asbury began writing songs in his teens and led his first worship at his local church when he was 17.
∙ He made his full-length recording debut in 2008 with <i>Holy</i>, a collaborative album with contemporary Christian singer-songwriter Matt Gilman.
∙ <i>Let Me See Your Eyes</i>, his 2009 solo album, featured guest appearances by contemporary Christian artists Jaye Thomas, Nathan Prior, and Edwin Botero.
∙ In 2017, his Grammy-nominated single “Reckless Love” topped <i>Billboard</i>’s Hot Christian Songs chart and won GMA Dove Awards for both Song of the Year and Worship Song of the Year.
